Bringing together the best chefs in Poland Chefs' Club Foundation was founded in 2008 Known for their television programs and hosting the best restaurants in Poland chefs joined forces, ideas and enthusiasm to promote Polish cuisine and take care of education of the young generation of chefs.
The main aim of Chefs' Club Foundation is to cultivate national and regional culinary tradition, complement the knowledge and skills of members of the Chefs' Club and assistance in organizing and conducting demonstrations, trainings, competitions and exhibitions. For the members of Chefs' Club Foundation improving the conditions of Polish gastronomy is very important. The Foundation aims to ensure appropriate conditions for professional cooks and confectioners.
The Foundation's purpose is to create a good culinary practice also outside Poland: the development of native gastronomy, supporting efforts and cooperating on a partnership basis with all the associations that focus in their ranks chefs and confectioners, as well as promoting and supporting Polish gastronomy all over the world promoting gastronomy knowledge and protection of professional interests and economic environments of gastronomy.
The Foundation pursue objectives by the organization of events, catering, supporting actions in the gastronomy industry, publications and educational events, and collaboration with local authorities, government and NGOs based on the aims of the Foundation.
